“Experts tell us that 90% of all brain development occurs by the age of five. If we don’t begin thinking about education in the early years, our children are at risk of falling behind by the time they start Kindergarten.”
– Robert. L. Ehrlich

As Cordova’s premier early childcare program, Paideia offers an intimate learning environment tailored to children between the ages of three to five years old.   Our children enjoy a hands-on curriculum, open-ended engaging materials and a creative curriculum curated by a Harvard trained Executive Director. Paideia’s children are introduced to the culture of school by planning our activities in a classroom style setting equipped with learning centers. All learners are exposed to predictability, well-defined boundaries, variety and the advantages of an age integrated learning environment.

As a family child care program, Paideia unequivocally set its own bar of excellence in family child care. Now we plan to do the same as a child care center. PPA maintains an identity of unrivaled distinction in the child care field. Our professional platform and child-centered focus, places the academy second to none. Consistently, we leverage intentional partnerships with our parents and the community and associate ourselves with the latest classroom quality techniques and strategies.

Our academic culture speaks to the emerging needs, altering interest and cumulative abilities of young learners. We believe in investing in RESOURCES, because RESOURCES produce RESULTS. We have carefully selected an approach to learning that is rich with educational resources; that is guided by module frameworks with the lead teacher serving as the facilitator in the learning process.

Through our House System, our children learn character building, leadership skills and participate in global awareness by sharing in pen pals activities with children in East Africa.
